Privacy Policy

Deals & Stealz ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website dsteals.com (the "Site") and our retail store at 1155 E. North Ave., Suite 107, Fresno, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site and how it is used.

Online ordering is currently unavailable

Our online store is under construction/maintenance, and we are not currently selling products online. The Site does not offer accounts, checkout, online payments, contact forms, or email sign-ups, and we do not collect personal information through the Site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site's hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use it to identify you personally.

The Site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Third-party services

The Site loads content from the following services, which may receive your IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the embedded store map and "Get Directions" links (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the Site.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

In-store and phone contact

If you call us or visit the store, any information you share (for example, your name or phone number for a hold or callback) is used only to help you with that request and is not sold.

Past online orders

If you placed an order through our former online store, your order records are kept only as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal purposes. To ask about a past order or request access to or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about them, and the right not to be discriminated against for making such a request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
